TrueRise Advisory is a service of TrueRise Ventures LLC ("TrueRise," "we," "us"), based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
Questions, or want to exercise any right described below? Contact us at rachel@truerise-ventures.com or 615-207-5407. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.
We collect personal information in exactly one place: the contact form on our Work With Rachel page. If you choose to submit it, we receive:
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to serve you as a client. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are your consent (you choose to send the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you initiate. We do not use this information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Browsing the site requires no account. Our hosting and security providers process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and device or interaction signals, to operate the service and protect the contact form from abuse.
This site does not use analytics, advertising, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that may use strictly necessary browser storage and technical signals to distinguish people from automated abuse.
Fonts and design assets are served from our own site. The Turnstile security check is loaded from Cloudflare only where the contact form appears.
We never sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with:
Form submissions are stored with access restricted to the founder alone, and are transmitted and stored over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
We are a US business and your information is stored in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the US. We protect all submissions with the safeguards described in this policy regardless of where you are located.
If we don't end up working together, we delete contact form submissions within 24 months of our last contact with you. If you become a client, we retain your information for the duration of the engagement and as required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes afterward. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve any concern directly first.
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have similar rights: to know what personal information we collect (it's all listed above), to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not and will not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
We practice data minimization — we only ask for what we need to have a useful first conversation. All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database readable only by the founder. Contact-form submissions require a server-verified Turnstile token and are subject to source, email, and global rate limits. No payment information is ever collected through this website.
This website is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
